Ian Gibbon - Director
I started Qualifix after many years working in construction, refurbishments and maintenance in commercial and residential. I felt that the time was right to make a difference, offer transparency like nobody before and an overall high quality standard of service and these principles still apply today.

Ian brings years of skills, knowledge and drive to be able to pass down these attributes and exhibit them daily.
He holds city&guilds (nvq 2) in bricklaying and trowel occupations and plumbing as well as a host of qualifications, such as iosh, electrical safety, asbestos management, Locksmithing trained and more.
His experience started on residential properties, with years of experience in refurbishments, maintenance, extensions and additions to properties.
He then moved into commercial and industrial putting together planned maintenance programmes as well as reactive call out systems. He worked site-based and mobile and was heavily involved in compliance and health & safety for one of the country's largest retail providers.
He also spent years working on grade one and two listed buildings, dealing with conservation to put maintenance programmes in place and to forge ahead with innovative developments.
